Jemima is from Varatharajanpet village belongs to Andimadam taluk and Ariyalur
Dt. It’s a remote place but they have their basic fecilities, the transport is not much
convenient. They have to travel to the main town nearly 10km . Inside the village
there is School and one Arts and science collage only for girls, otherwise they have
to travel 15km for their higher studies. Its is a developing village 99% of the
people are farmers. Though there is less fecility near by for their education people
show lot of interest for educating their children.
Jemima parents are also farmers they have their own land to cultivate. Mother has
finished her degree and father is a electrition. Recenty mother has a serious issue
on her health. She is affeted by a virous and it has spread in the right leg. It is a
kind of alergy as she works in the field may be insects bite. The wound is very
bigger doctors also lost their hope but still she is under treatment. They have spent
a lot money for her treatment. Parents could not consentrate on her children studies
and could not spend money for children’s education. Jemima mother was brough
up by our sisters in Jeevan Jothi Home. So basically they always depend on us. The
family also well known to me. It will be great support at this time to the family.
